QUEZON City, Philippines – A group of IT experts at the Commission on Elections expressed its willingness to appear in front of the Congress in order to share their knowledge regarding the alleged fraud during the May 9 elections. But the group also asked for a guarantee of their rights against self-incrimination as well as the annulment of the non-disclosure agreement that they signed.
