(Eagle News) — A mysterious sinkhole was discovered in Cauayan City National High School in Isabela.
The sinkhole was found by a security guard, two weeks after the continuous rainfall in the area.
According to Schools Division Supt. Jessie Amin of the Department of Education-Cauayan City, the estimated depth of the sinkhole is at least seven meters.
Amin also said that they had already informed the Department of National Resources and the Department of Public Works and Highways about the incident and is just waiting for the result of the assessment conducted by the DENR.
