(Eagle News)–A 2.3-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Thursday, April 11.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 11 kilometers northeast of General Luna at 5:30 a.m.
The quake, of tectonic origin, has a depth of focus of 23 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
