2.7-magnitude quake hits Quezon

A 2.7-magnitude earthquake hit Quezon on Saturday, April 6./PHIVOLCS/

(Eagle News)–A 2.7-magnitude earthquake struck Quezon on Saturday, April 6.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 62 kilometers northeast of Patnanungan at 9:01 a.m.

The depth of focus of the quake was 11 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
