PHOENIX, Arizona (Eagle News) – One of the most popular volleyball tournaments in the U.S., the Festival Fiesta Tournament features 424 girls teams from 10 states and Canada. Girls from ages 12-18 are competing in a two-day tournament at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
