(Eagle News)—–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate on Saturday, April 13.
The quake hit 11 kilometers east of Masbate at 5:34 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
According to PHIVOLCS, the depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 1 kilometers.
An intensity II and an instrumental intensity II were reported in Masbate.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
