3.0-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Monday, May 27.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 7 kilometers southeast of San Isidro at 8:47 a.m.

The depth of focus was 4 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
