3.1-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Wednesday, June 5.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 60 kilometers southeast of Don Marcelino at 6:14 a.m.

Depth of focus was 30 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
