(Eagle News)–A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Sur on Friday, April 19.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 17 kilometers northwest of Sinait at 6:56 a.m.
The depth of focus of the quake was 25 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
