(Eagle News) — A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Cagayan early Sunday, Dec. 12.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit 85 kilometers northeast of Babuyan Island.
Its depth of focus was four kilometers.
