(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake hit Eastern Samar on Saturday, April 20.
The quake, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said, struck 36 kilometers southeast of San Julian at 6:49 p.m.
The depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 19 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks was recorded.
