(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Negros Occidental on Sunday, Nov. 15.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 3:10 a.m., had its epicenter 9 kilometers northwest of Sipalay.
It had a depth of 13 kilometers.
