(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte on Sunday, July 17.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 6:46 a.m.
The epicenter was 40 kilometers northeast of Burgos.
The depth of focus was three kilometers.
The quake was tectonic in origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
