3.8-magnitude quake hits Batangas early Saturday

(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Batangas early Saturday, Nov. 14.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:15 a.m., had its epicenter 16 kilometers southwest of Calatagan.

It had a depth of 126 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
