(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Zamboanga del Norte on Thursday, Sept. 17.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 7:32 a.m., had its epicenter 12 kilometers southwest of Baliguian.
It had a depth of 41 kilometers and was tectonic in origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
