3.9-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude quake hit Surigao del Norte early Sunday, June 14.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 3:14 a.m., had its epicenter 26 kilometers northeast of Burgos.

It had a depth of 11 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
