(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Dinagat Islands early Monday, April 8.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:11 a.m.
The epicenter was 23 kilometers northeast of Basilisa.
The depth of focus was 18 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
