4.0-magnitude quake hits Davao del Sur

(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Davao del Sur on Wednesday, Sept. 1.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:26 a.m.

It had its epicenter 9 kilometers northeast of Davao.

The depth of focus was 17 kilometers.

Intensity I – Kidapawan City

No damage to property nor aftershocks were monitored.
