(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Dinagat on Saturday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
Phivolcs said the quake hit 11 kilometers southwest of San Jose at 9:13 p.m.
Depth of focus was pegged at 28 kilometers.
The quake was felt strongly in Surigao City, with intensity pegged at V.
