(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte on Wednesday, Oct. 20.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:12 a.m.
It had its epicenter 12 kilometers northeast of Albuera.
The depth of focus was two kilometers.
The following instrumental intensities were reported:
Intensity III- Abuyog, City of Baybay and Dulag, Leyte
Intensity II- Palo and Hilongos, Leyte
Intensity I- Sogod, Southern Leyte
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
