(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake hit Leyte on Friday, April 26.
The quake struck 7 kilometers northeast of Albuera at 10:44 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
The depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 2 kilometers.
An Intensity III was reported in Ormoc.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
