(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Batanes on Saturday, Nov. 13.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:28 a.m.
The depth of focus was 20 kilometers.
The earthquake was of tectonic origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
