(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Friday, Nov. 19.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:17 a.m.
Its epicenter was 73 kilometers southeast of Tarragona.
The depth of focus was 7 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
