(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude struck off Eastern Samar on Wednesday, Nov. 9.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit 106 kilometers northeast of Mercedes.
It had a depth of focus of 39 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
