(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Abra early Tuesday, Nov. 22.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 5 a.m.
The epicenter was 18 kilometers northeast of Tineg.
The depth of focus was 7 kilometers.

Intensity I – Pasuquin, Laoag City, and Batac, Ilocos Norte; Bangued, Abra
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
