(Eagle News) — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Monday, Oct. 3.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake struck at 5:02 a.m.
The epicenter was 175 kilometers southeast of Balut Island.
It had a depth of focus of 23 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
