(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte early Saturday, Dec. 9.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:54 a.m.
The epicenter was 83 kilometers southeast of General Luna.
The depth of focus was one kilometer.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
