4.3-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental waters

(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental waters on Thursday, June 18.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 1:48 a.m., had its epicenter 479 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.

It had a depth of 178 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
