(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Friday, Sept. 30.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake, an aftershock of the 5.3-magnitude Surigao del Sur earthquake, hit 63 kilometers northeast of Cortes.
The depth of focus was six kilometers.
