(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Monday, December 28.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 12:46 p.m., had its epicenter 193 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.
It was the second earthquake in the area during the day.
Earlier, a 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit the province.
The quake had a depth of 12 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
