(Eagle News) — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar early Wednesday, April 6.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:01 a.m.
The epicenter was 29 kilometers northeast of Hernani.
The following instrumental intensities were reported:
Intensity II – Catbalogan City, Samar
Intensity I – Abuyog, Alangalang and Palo, Leyte
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
