(Eagle News) — A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Batangas early Wednesday, Dec. 1.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake, an aftershock of the 6.6-magnitude earthquake that hit Calatagan on July 24, struck at 1:35 a.m.
It had its epicenter 20 kilometers southwest of Calatagan.
The depth of focus was 121 kilometers.
The following instrumental intensity was reported:
Intensity I – Calatagan, Batangas
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
