(Eagle News)–A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Antique on Saturday, Aug. 13.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 12:25 p.m.
The epicenter was 19 kilometers southwest of Anini-y.
The following instrumental intensities were reported:
Intensity II- Iloilo City, Iloilo
Intensity I- Sipalay City, Negros Occidental; Tapaz, Capiz; Sebaste, Antique
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
