(Eagle News) — A 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Friday, Feb. 4.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:43 a.m.
It had its epicenter 487 kilometers southeast of Balut Island.
The depth of focus was 240 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
