MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — A four-year-old Filipino-British boy – Ethan Richmond Llanes – met President Rodrigo R. Duterte at the Malacañang Palace.
Ethan has become an internet sensation after posting a series of videos expressing his support for the president as early as the campaign season for the may elections on his Facebook page.
Ethan even did a ‘Duterte pose’ while the president was watching him as he sat on the chair.
