BEIJING, Aug. 7 (PNA/Xinhua) — An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted off the coast of Ecuador at 1218 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 1.0785 degrees north latitude and 85.196 degrees west longitude.
