(Eagle News) — A 5.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte early Tuesday, June 8.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 5:41 a.m.
It had its epicenter 68 kilometers northeast of Burgos.
The depth of focus was one kilometer.

No damage to property was reported but aftershocks were.
