(Eagle News) — Over 1,000 takers passed the physician licensure examination, the Professional Regulation Commission said.
The PRC said the 1209 who passed the tests given in Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Zamboanga this March represent 76.56 percent of the 1579 who took them.
Jan Bedric Co Borbe of the University of Sto. Tomas and Clinton Rosita Rabadon of the West Visayas State University-La Paz topped the boards, with a rating of 89.83 percent each.
Kevindaeile Simbulan Torralba of Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela was in second place, with a rating of 88.92 percent; and Daniel Cajayon Panaglima of the Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine Inc. in third with 88.75 percent.
Carren Agnes Honrada Solidor of the Southwestern University was in fourth place with 88.42 percent; Jessa Elaine Balbastro Fronda of Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine Inc. in fifth, with 88.33; Denim Embalzado Maghanoy of the Mindanao State University in Marawi in sixth with 88.17 percent; and Dale Ivan Aurigue Bruel of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in seventh, with 87.92 percent.
Sharing eighth place were Ralph Benedict Baranda Ma-alat of St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine-William H. Quasha; Jonathan Jallorina Macatiag IV of the University of the Philippines Manila; and Mareeya Rowena Malinao Rizon of the MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology, all with a rating of 87.58 percent.
Karl Josef Nino Jimenez Separa of UP Manila and Temie Paul Baguio Villarino of the WVSU-La Paz shared ninth place, with 87.42 percent each.
Wilma Cleo Yvonne Borja Dapog of the Cebu Doctors University-College of Medicine was in tenth place, with 87.33 percent.
