QUEZON City, Philippines – Overseas Filipino workers and other Filipinos abroad can view the inauguration of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte via live-streaming on Facebook.
Incoming Presidential Communications Head Martin Andanar said that the live streaming is for those who don’t have access to television and radio and is also practical because 1.3 million Filipinos have accounts on the social media site.
Duterte took the majority of the overseas absentee votes with 121, 000 votes.
