QUEZON City, Philippines – In a manifesto submitted to Acting Justice Secretary Emmanuel Caparas, several high-profile inmates in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) expressed their concern regarding the alleged conspiracy to kill incoming President Rodrigo Duterte and incoming Philipine National Police Chief Ronald de la Rosa. According to the inmates, the information was intentionally leaked to the public to cover up the eventuality if they are ever killed by corrupt prison officials. The high-profile inmates denied involvement in the alleged conspiracy.
