QUEZON City, Philippines – Just a few days before leaving office, President Benigno S. Aquino III signed four important bills into laws. These are Republic Act 10868 or Centenarian Act of 2016 which aims to give incentives to Filipinos who reach 100 years; Republic Act 10867 or the National Bureau of Investigation Reorganization and Modernization Act; The Batanes Responsible Tourism Act; and the Mayor Hilarion Ramiro Senior Medical Center Act.
