QUEZON City, Philippines – Chairman of the House Committee on Justice, Congressman Rey Umali said that he’d rather focus on the reform of the justice system in the Philippines instead of investigating the killing of alleged drug personalities as there are government agencies dedicated to such tasks like the Commission on Human Rights (CHR). But Umali also admitted that he is obliged to conduct such investigations if the House of Representatives passed such resolution.
