QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) is now investigating the involvement of its personnel in a kidnapping case in Bulacan.
According to CIDG – Director Police Chief Superintendent Roel Obusan, he already asked the CIDG personnel in Bulacan to report for administrative investigation.
Four members of CIDG Bulacan already underwent the investigation. The investigation was started after Obusan received a text message from a concerned citizen, alleging the involvement of CIDG personnel in kidnapping incidents in Bulacan.
