QUEZON City, Philippines – Presidential Communications Group Chief Martin Andanar said that he is not afraid to ask for apology regarding the failings of his office and that he is taking full responsibility for their errors. He said this after some sectors called his office as the Presidential Miscommunication Group and the Department of Apology.
Andanar also explained that although the PCG has a plan for the daily activities of President Rodrigo Duterte, at the end of the day, it is the President who has the final say.
