QUEZON City, Philippines – Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa is currently in Colombia to learn from the said country’s victory in its own war against illegal drugs.
According to Dela Rosa, he plans to study and observe the methods used by the Colombia to totally suppress the illegal drug trade.
Colombia was notorious during the ’80s for its illegal drug cartels supplying 90% of the world’s cocaine, thereby gaining the tag “narco-state”.
