QUEZON City, Philippines – In his visit to the soldiers of the Ninth Infantry Division of the Philippine Army in Camarines Sur, President Rodrigo Duterte said that the third “narco-list” contains the name of 40 judges as well as many Chinese nationals. The list was verified by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency.
