QUEZON City, Philippines – Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre admitted that the probe of the House Committee on Justice on the alleged illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison have not yet reached 50%.
Aguirre said that in the two-day hearing, the inquiry have only reached 45%. Aguirre revealed that the Department of Justice has sent emissaries to Jaybee Sebastian, the highest leader of druglords in the NBP for the possibility of Sebastian being a witness in the House probe.
