QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — In response to the campaign of the Duterte administration to end contractualization, at least 200 business establishments have already regularized more than 10,000 employees, according to the Department of Labor and Employment.
Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III said this was only 20 percent of the 50 percent target of the department.
