QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — As early as Wednesday, the management of the North Luzon Expressway and the South Luzon Expressway said it was prepared for the rush of motorists going home to their provinces this long holiday weekend.
According to the management, additional collection booths have already been installed to handle and accommodate additional motorists and other travelers.
