(Eagle News) — The Department of Justice  on Saturday issued an immigration lookout bulletin against former President Benigno Aquino III, several former high-ranking government officials and six others.

The lookout bulletin order against the former President, his former Health Secretary Janette Garin, former Budget Secretary Butch Abad, former Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa and Gillaume Leroy, Olivier Brandicourt, Ruby Dizon, Thomas Triomphe and Carlito Realuyo of drug manufacturer Sanofi was in connection with a complaint filed by militant lawmakers and the parents of children and children allegedly affected by Dengvaxia.

“Considering the gravity of the possible offenses which may have been committed, there is a strong probability that they  may attempt to place themselves beyond the reach of the legal processes of the government by leaving the country,” Aguirre said.

He said all immigration officers were  instructed to be on the lookout for the subjects.

The complaint filed by Gabriela party-list Representatives Emmi de Jesus and Arlene Brosas and by around 70 children and mothers from Valenzuela is the second criminal complaint filed against Aquino over the Dengvaxia mess.

The first criminal complaint was filed by former Technical Education Skills and Development Authority chief Augusto Syjuco.
